Swami Nathan is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with diverse management skills in revenue management, financial management, corporate valuation, and IT services engagement strategy. Swami is involved primarily Mergers and Acquisition and is a specialist in valuation and in cross-border transactions.
Mr. Nathan has over 19 years of varied management experience in the Information Technology industry, working with a number of well-regarded organizations, including Nestle and Mastech (now iGate Corporation). During this tenure, he has handled multiple M&A engagements.
As an entrepreneur, Swami has been responsible for three successful start-ups in the IT services industry, including a firm which he ran successfully for eight years before selling to a publicly traded company, and later, Metamor Global Solutions, a start-up which he scaled-up significantly and later sold to Core Staff.
Prior to joining Threshold Partners, Mr. Nathan served as Vice President of Aptech /Hexaware, an international IT services organization, where he was responsible for leading entry into the US market and developing and executing the company’s growth strategies. He also played a key role in helping Aptech acquire and integrate a Silicon Valley company.
Swami now serves as Advisor to many Technology companies around the globe, and teaches part time at the Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He is also an active member of his local community, where he has been President of both the Rotary Club and the Jaycees, and also has served as a Rotary group study exchange leader.
Mr. Nathan holds an a MBA from Katz School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
