With over 25 years of direct/ indirect sales, sales management and business development experience in the enterprise software, Security, Internet and consulting services industries, Paul Isham exhibits a broad understanding of client expectations related to strategic business partnering, reseller strategies, interactive solutions, sales automation, client relationships and service/ support issues.
Mr. Isham has assisted many organizations in process-change efforts such as: migrating direct sales models to Channel-centric strategies, reforming Sales teams and Sales model operational processes.
In his Channel oriented roles, Paul typically manages all go-to-market strategies, outbound product sales, inside sales, partner alliances and channel business development. He has established Channel relationships in North and South America, as well as throughout the Caribbean.
In 1993 Paul co-founded ThoughtWare, Inc. - a software tools development company that won a 1994 PC Week Labs "Innovative Product" award for OnTop for Windows™ (a Visual Basic toolbar) - and assisted in the company's migration into an Internet services profile, as well as the incubation of LinkAmerica, its sister ISP.
Over the past 12 years Paul managed various sales teams and channel operations for Computer Associates Intl., Remedy Corp., iXL, Inc., and ONYX Software Corporation. Previously, he held various corporate and federal sales management positions at Software Publishing Corporation (SPC), the makers of Harvard Graphics software.
Paul Isham has over 12 years of public speaking experience and has participated in several public panel discussions and presented to large conference & corporate audiences on various technology-oriented topics. Recently, he spoke on the topic of "Channel Strategies" at a 2003 Technology Alliance of Georgia (TAG) SIG conference.
Mr. Isham holds a BA in Business and Marketing Communications from Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi, Texas.
