Al Migliaccio is a 35 year veteran of technology sales
and business development. Mr. Migliaccio has a consistent
track record of exceeding objectives in large account
management and new account sales. He maintains expertise
in enterprise software, hardware, and IT services, and
has exceeded multimillion dollar sales quotas more than
20 times during his career – both as the leader
of sales organizations and as an individual contributor.
Most recently, Mr. Migliaccio served as Executive Vice
President of Strategic Sales at Integrated Color Solutions,
a provider of enterprise software for color management.
In this role, he developed and delivered the sales and
marketing plan for the company, and delivered $5.2M
in revenue to the company from three large enterprise
customers. Representative accounts developed as a result
of Mr. Migliaccio’s work with the company included
GE, Merck, PPG, Dupont, PolyOne, Radici Group, and Sun
Chemical, among others.
Prior to Integrated Color Solutions, Mr. Migliaccio
served as Director of Sales for Aurigin Systems, a provider
of enterprise software for intellectual property, patents,
and asset management. While with Aurigin, he developed
the company’s sales plan and the business value
proposition for the Pharmaceutical and Chemical industries.
Mr. Migliaccio was the company’s sales leader,
producing $4 million in revenue in 14 months from 9
new accounts. Representative accounts generated by his
work included Dupont, Pfizer, Rohm&Haas, GlaxoSmithKline,
Lucent, Bayer, PPG, BTG Intl., Dow Chemical, Siemens,
SAP, Monsanto, J&J, Novartis, Wyeth [AHP]
Nycomed Amersham, Merck, and Bristol-Meyer Squibb, among
Earlier, Mr. Migliaccio served as Regional Business
Development Manager at Oracle, an industry leader in
database, ERP, enterprise software, and consulting services.
At Oracle, he was responsible for the sale of data warehouse,
BIS and enterprise database solutions to selected accounts.
Mr. Migliaccio achieved sales success with 12 major
accounts in selected vertical industries, generating
$6 million in software and services revenue, representing
performance at 137% of his sales plan. Accounts managed
and sold by Mr. Migliaccio during his tenure with Oracle
included Marriott, SmithKline, Wyeth, IMS, Retired Persons
Assoc., Reuters, CarTech, Ikon, Lockheed Martin, Vanguard,
First USA, Decision One, and others.
Previously, Mr, Migliaccio served in numerous direct
sales and executive sales roles at industry leading
firms such as Pyramid Technology/ Siemens Nixdorf (National
Sales Director – Enterprise Solutions), Wang Labs
(General Manager & VP), Unisys (Vice President -
Major Accounts), Digital Equipment Corporation (National
Sales Manager - Strategic Sales Team Manager), Amdahl
Corporation, Honeywell Information Systems, and Univac/Sperry
Mr, Migliaccio holds a BS in Mathematics & Minor
in Business from Penn State University and completed
MBA courses in finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
